  • Long Thin Turkish Chilli – A Medium Hot & High Yield Chilli Pepper

    $3.50

Long Thin Turkish Chilli – A Medium Hot, High Yield & Nice Flavoured Chilli Pepper – 10 Seeds

How many chillies do you want from a plant? Probably not more than this I think.

This is a chilli you will love to grow. This plant grows really quick as it can grow up to 1.5 metres within a season! The bigger it grows, the longer and massive amounts of chillies will be produced by it. These chillies are not extreme hot but you will enjoy their mild hotness & flavour. I found it very exciting to grow as a single chilli can grow up to 30cm long!!! A must have variety in your backyard. In the beginning they green & turns red when ripe.

They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. Except winter, they will produce chillies all the year round. The photo you are viewing is a snapshot from the plant.

Best time to sow seeds after frost. Seeds need min 20 °C to germinate. Soak the seeds in water for a few hours before planting and sow them in a sunny, well-drained position. Germinates in 2 weeks.

If this plant survives frost then it will last 2/3 years & will produce chillies continuously.

Due to quarantine restrictions, seeds can’t be sent to Tasmania.
