This fine variety comes from Tezpur, India is a place well known for producing hot chillies for centuries. They are one of the most wanted chilli among other types of chillies in India’s domestic market. Teja chilli has fiery sharp heat and considered one of the hottest chillies in India. The can reach up to 170,000 in heat scale where a Jalapeño is rated around 6,000 SHU.

The plant produces heavy yields of long, skinny extreme hot spicy flavoured chillies that turn from dark green to beautiful red when mature. They are hot and you will enjoy their extreme heat & beautiful flavour. They are excellent for stir-fry, soups, and stews. A must have fine variety in your backyard.

This variety grows to a maximum height of 70cm. So good for pot & patio as well. This plant will continuously produce chilli during warmer months. With a proper care in frosty time this plant will survive up to 3 years.
