Green Radish – One of the Most Beautiful, Rare and Unusual Radish – 50 Seeds
They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. Kids will absolutely love them and these need only a few weeks to harvest. Their smell is not as strong as other radish variety and they are really very crispy.
They are edible & really delicious. Eat them like other radish while mature. You can also eat them like other baby radish that we use for salads. Your salad bowl will look amazing with this green colour! They are very rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, & iron. It is low in calories by volume, but high in protein per calorie. The succulent mucilage is a particularly rich source of soluble fibre. Among many other possibilities, they are perfect for salad but you can use them to thicken soups or stir-fries with garlic and chilli peppers, beautiful!
Best time to sow seeds after frost. Seeds need min 20°C to germinate. Sow them 5mm deep in a sunny, well-drained position. Keep moist & they germinates within 7 days. Enjoy your harvest approx in 8 weeks.
